The Company complies strictly with rules and regulations stipulated by Governments on minimum wages paid to employees.
The Company strictly condemns any kind of harassment and is committed to provide a healthy and harassment free work place to its employees. The Company has an internal Complaint Committee for redressal of sexual harassment complaint and for ensuring time bound treatment of such complaints.
For efficient working and smooth functioning of the Company, it is important to address the problems of the employees in an efficient and transparent manner and create a healthy work environment and working culture. The Company believes in hiring & retaining the staff which contribute towards the success of the organization. For any grievance the employee may report to Human Resource Department of the Company through Post/Email and his/her concern/s shall be addressed promptly.
Any incident or complaint relating to violations of conditions prescribed under this Policy should be reported to the Head of Human Resource Department of the Company.
The Human Resource Department shall be responsible for ensuring compliance required under this Policy and monitoring its proper implementation and effectiveness (and dealing with any queries on its interpretation) so far it relates the conduct of the employee.
